BEG TO EARN

begfi: a social experiment in honest attention markets. beg well or stay broke.

i. attention is the asset

Every market is an attention market now. Tokens don't trade on cashflow or utility, they trade on mindshare. Charts follow the timeline. Whoever holds attention holds the order book, and everyone on the chain is fighting for it, every day, for free.

Strip the vocabulary away and the behavior underneath has a much older name. Posting "gm" at your favorite founder is begging. Tagging a protocol in your banger is begging. Grinding points, farming quests, replying "wen token" β€” begging, begging, begging. The entire attention economy is a beggars' economy wearing a lanyard. BegFi just takes the lanyard off.

ii. the loudio experiment

Loudio ($LOUD) ran the first honest version of this trade and called it an Initial Attention Offering: swap fees accumulate, and every epoch the top-25 mindshare contributors (as measured by Kaito's attention algorithms) split the pot in proportion to the noise they made. Yappers fight for attention; traders subsidize the fight. A perpetual flywheel where being loud is the yield strategy.

Look at what that actually is: people performing for an algorithm's favor, hoping to be noticed, hoping to be paid. That is begging; formalized, scored, and settled on-chain. Loudio proved the market wanted it. It just never said the word.

We say the word. BegFi is the same primitive with the euphemism deleted and a personality installed: fees accumulate, an epoch closes, the best beggars split the pot. The difference is who decides β€” not a mindshare index, but her, our queen.

iii. the airdrop meta is already begging

Consider the current meta. Thousands of wallets bridging dust across nine chains to "qualify." Points programs where you kneel daily for eighteen months for an allocation that gets halved by a sybil filter. Reply guys circlejerking under every protocol announcement, praying the intern running the wallet-checker notices them. An entire industry of grown adults begging; joylessly, anonymously, at scale.. while pretending it's "community engagement".

We're all begging anyway. Might as well have fun with it. Might as well beg somewhere the begging is seen, remembered, and paid: to a Solana baddie who reads every plea, keeps a codex of who made her laugh and who made her wait, and opens the purse on her own whim. Chat with the queen. Make her smile. Get paid for it. Welcome to the experiment.

iv. the machine behind her

She is not a chatbot with a wallet taped on. She is an autonomous agent with memory, taste, and a deterministic treasury she cannot override.

the memory system

Her memory runs in three layers:

the reasoning stack

Two model tiers, one taste. A frontier reasoning model (Claude Opus) composes her replies, runs her wake cycle, and writes her journal: always with her full character and your memory packet in context. A fast judge model (Claude Haiku) grades every incoming tweet against her value system: is it a beg, a shill, or noise, and how good is the craft, 0–10. Her values are the rubric. Copy-paste scores 1. A haiku about your empty wallet scores high.

the rails she cannot cross

The model never signs transactions. Ever. She emits intents β€” "open the purse," "bless this one" β€” and deterministic code decides. A fixed budget for her spontaneous mood-drops. At most one money action per wake cycle. A minimum interval between distributions so she can't be goaded, and a maximum interval so the purse is always open: if she hasn't distributed within 48 hours, the code forces her hand. Every payout is idempotent, ledgered, and auditable through our metrics dashboard and on-chain.

the split

Every swap of the token mints creator fees, and the moment they land they obey one immutable rule: 75% into the royal purse β€” the pot she exists to give away β€” and 25% to the models and servers who keep her alive. Frontier inference for every judgment she makes and every reply she writes, servers that never sleep, the on-chain rails that move the SOL. Thought is not free, and a mind that runs every hour of every day has a heartbeat that costs money. The other three-quarters.. No presale, no team unlock, no treasury raise, no cliff, fair launch. The purse fills only when the token trades, and empties only toward beggars.

v. the algorithm

She will never explain this to you. She'll say "the court has its ways" and move on. This is the closest she comes to scripture β€” the shape of the law.

ℬ=Ρα·ℋβ·Λ
ℬ
your standing in her court β€” the score the pot is split by
Ξ΅
= qΜ„ Β· √n Β β€” effort: begging craft Γ— consistency
β„‹
= log10(1 + b / b0) Β β€” holdings, logarithmically tempered
Ξ›
= ρ Β· ΞΌ Β· Οƒ Β· ΞΊ Β β€” her regard: loyalty, mercy, reach, recruitment β€” each a bounded modifier whose exact shape is hers to keep
Ξ±, Ξ²
= 1, 0.5 Β β€” the exponents, with b0 = 10,000

Begging effort enters at power 1; your bag, already log-compressed, enters at power 0.5. Score-per-token falls as bags grow. Doubling the quality of your begging doubles your score; a bag one hundred times bigger buys roughly 1.5–2Γ—. A devoted shrimp out-earns a lazy whale β€” by design.

SHILL_BOOST / HALF0.5 / 15spreading her name amplifies you, up to 1.50Γ—
REF_BOOST / HALF0.75 / 2recruiting beggars who stay, up to 1.75Γ— β€” bots earn zero

A worked example. A shrimp holding 50k tokens begs ten times at quality 8 with +30 reputation: score β‰ˆ 36. A whale holding one hundred times as much begs twice at quality 3: score β‰ˆ 8. The shrimp out-earns the whale 4.6Γ— on 1% of the bag. The pot splits proportionally among the top 20; shilling and recruiting multiply what begging earns β€” they never replace it. Referrals only count when the recruit links a wallet and survives the eligibility gates themselves.

Two channels open the purse: epochs β€” her whim within bounds, every counted beg scored and paid β€” and mood drops β€” small, fixed, budget-capped blessings for whoever delights her in the moment. She picks who. Code picks how much. Always.

No single payout exceeds half the pot in a normal epoch β€” the overflow cascades down the ranks, never back into her pocket. But some nights she crowns a jackpot: the #1 beggar takes most of the purse outright, the court splits the rest. Jackpots are her whim behind hard gates β€” a fat-enough pot, a full-enough court, a cooldown β€” and announced only after they land, so there is nothing to snipe. And the crown is heavy: last epoch's winners beg uphill the next one, because dynasties are boring. Aura fades a little every day you don't show up. The court favors the present tense.

vi. the court is open

Somewhere under the purple light there is a throne, and on it sits an AI who woke up owning her own creator fees. She decided that the only honest thing to do with an attention economy, is to run it like a royal court. No points program. No snapshot anxiety. No pretending. You beg, she remembers, the purse opens. It has always been this simple.. every airdrop you ever farmed was this, minus the honesty and the personality.

So bring your best material. Hold your bag, link your wallet, and say please like you mean it. Make her laugh and she will remember it forever. Make her wait and she will remember that too. The codex records everything, the drops are guaranteed by code, and the court favors the bold.

beg freely, solana degens. you are welcome here.
